Shipping Origin

• TelevisionQuest works with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Customs Charges

• International orders may incur customs and tax fees.
• These fees are determined by local customs offices and are beyond our control.

Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived, please:

• Verify your shipping address for errors in the shipping confirmation email.
• Check with your local post office.
• Contact your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package hasn't been located, please contact us.

Wrong/Damaged Products

Refunds

• Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges at this time.
• If you received a mislabeled item, contact us within one week with photos.
• We will send a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

Return Policy Details

• Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
• For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
• Costs for reshipment due to wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
• EU customers should review specific regulations for returns.
